Trevor Gerbrand has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Trevor started their career at IBM Parts Center in 2007, where they were responsible for logistics, including shipping and receiving parts across Canada. Trevor also conducted periodic inventory checks and assisted in warehouse maintenance.

In 2008, Trevor joined Willowglen Systems, initially working as a Software Engineer on the SCADACOM 3 product. Trevor gained valuable experience by working on multiple upgrades worldwide and interacting with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Later, they played a key role in developing the new Unisen product.

In 2012, Trevor was promoted to the position of Software Team Lead at Willowglen Systems. This role required him to oversee the development process, including dividing the work among their team members and ensuring the quality of their work through proper testing and code reviews.

Continuing their growth within the company, Trevor was further promoted to the role of Software Manager in 2014 at Willowglen Systems. In this position, they have the added responsibility of ensuring efficient departmental operations and making strategic decisions for the SCADACOM 5 product.
