Wayne Karpoff, M.Sc., ICD.D, has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and industries. Wayne is currently the CEO and President of Willowglen Systems Inc., a company that specializes in developing and delivering industrial automation technology for mission-critical systems such as pipeline control, distributed power, and rail. Prior to their current role, Karpoff held positions as the Director at both Chernenko Engineering Ltd. and Kanata Health Solutions Inc.

In the early 2000s, Karpoff was heavily involved in YottaYotta Inc., where they served as the President from 2008 to 2011 and previously as the Founder and CTO from 2000 to 2008. YottaYotta Inc. focuses on advanced storage technologies.
