Conner Brew

Conner Brew has a diverse work experience across various industries. Conner currently holds the position of Delivery Lead, AI R&D at WillowTree, where they oversee a program of generative AI research & development projects. Conner has extensive experience in leading multiple teams in the evaluation and prototyping of AI systems. Previously, they worked as a Technical Project Director at WillowTree, managing software development projects related to vehicle electrification. Prior to that, Conner worked as a Product Manager at WillowTree. Before joining WillowTree, Conner served as a SIGINT Program Manager at Virginia National Guard, where they managed the SIGINT program. Conner also worked as a Data Scientist at Elder Research, where they utilized their skills in data analysis. Conner has experience in the field of counter-insurgency targeting and data analytics as a Senior Targeting Analyst/Data Analytics Instructor at Quiet Professionals, LLC. Conner also served in the United States Marine Corps, holding positions such as Senior Intelligence Analyst, Intelligence Specialist, Language Specialist, and Team Leader. Conner began their career as a Sales Specialist at LEGO Group.

Conner Brew's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from American Military University (2016-2019). Conner then earned an Associate of Arts degree in Arabic Language and Literature from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (2014-2016). Conner later pursued a Master's degree in Information and Data Science from UC Berkeley School of Information (2021-2022).

Furthermore, Conner is currently working towards a Doctorate of Ministry in Strategic Christian Leadership at Liberty University (2023-2026), and they hold a Master of Divinity degree from the same institution.

In addition to their academic achievements, Conner has obtained various certifications, including Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org (obtained in 2022), IBM Certified AI Engineering Professional, and IBM Certified Data Science Professional (both obtained in 2020). Conner also holds a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification (obtained in December 2020), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (obtained in September 2020), and SAFe DevOps Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. (obtained in August 2022).
