Erin O'Connor

Erin O'Connor, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Operations Partner and People and Culture Manager at WillowTree since January 2022, following the acquisition of Maark. Prior to this role, Erin was a Senior Human Resources Generalist at CBIZ & MHM New England from April 2021 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist and Family Service Coordinator at Integrated Community Alternatives Network (ICAN) from July 2018 to April 2021, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Mohawk Valley Health System from November 2017 to May 2018.
