Lily Smith

Lily Smith is an Applied AI Researcher at WillowTree since May 2024, with prior experience as a Data Science Intern at the same company from May 2023 to August 2023. Lily also served as an Analytics Architect Intern at Avanade in the summer of 2022, and as a Data Analytics Intern at International Paper earlier that year. In addition, Lily gained hands-on experience as an Au Pair at AuPairWorld in early 2021, managing care for three young children, and worked as a Process Engineering Intern at International Paper during the latter half of 2020. Lily's education includes a Master of Science in Foundations of Data Science with a Statistics Concentration from North Carolina State University, expected in 2025, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with minors in Statistics and Music Performance from the same institution, completed in 2023.
