Sait Sungurtekin

Sait Sungurtekin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sait is currently working as an Engineering Director at WillowTree, where they have completed two important projects leading to a significant increase in sales. Prior to this, Sait held positions at Plurilock as the Director of Engineering and Software Engineer Team Lead, Services. Sait also co-founded a start-up called Meurple, where they had full responsibility for the product from idea phase to production. Sait has also worked as a Software Team Lead (Android) at Flow Technologies Ltd and as a Software Development Team Lead and Senior Software Developer at Monitise. Sait started their career as a Product Expert at Best Buy Canada and worked as a Software Engineer at Terapeak. Sait also gained experience in data visualization and analysis during their role in research and development for a PhD candidate. Sait started their career as a Technical Support Representative at Shaw Communications.

Sait Sungurtekin holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Vancouver Island University. Additionally, they have obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in 2015. Sait also holds a Light Aircraft Pilot License from the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority.
