Ralitsa Hall

Ralitsa Hall is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at WillowWood since October 2017, Ralitsa has effectively guided employees and managers on HR policies, managed all aspects of the employee life-cycle, and overseen benefits administration. Previous positions include Human Resources Supervisor and Coordinator at the same company, as well as HR Assistant at Nitsch Engineering and HR Administrative Assistant at Worthington Industries. Ralitsa holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership with a Human Resources Concentration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from South-West University "Neophyte Rilski" in Bulgaria.
