Teo La-Mei

Ms. Teo La-Mei, 61, is the Group Legal Counsel and Company Secretary of the Company. She has extensive experience in legal and corporate secretarial matters. Ms. Teo is also a Director of Shangri-La Hotel Limited, Perennial Holdings Private Limited, Perennial Group Private Limited, and a member of the Corporate Governance & Regulatory Interest Group of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore. Ms. Teo was appointed to the Wilmar Board on 21 February 2019 and was last re-elected on 24 April 2019. She has served as a Director for 2 years.
