Teo Siong Seng

Mr. Teo Siong Seng, 66, is the Executive Chairman of Pacific International Lines (Private) Limited. He is currently holding directorships in other listed companies, namely Keppel Corporation Limited, Cosco Shipping Holdings Co., Ltd., Cosco Shipping Energy Transportation Co., Ltd and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Singamas Container Holdings Ltd. Mr. Teo holds various other appointments including Honorary President of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Director of Business China and Enterprise Singapore, Honorary Consul of the United Republic of Tanzania in Singapore, the Immediate Past Chairman of the Singapore Business Federation and the Pro-Chancellor of the National University of Singapore. Mr. Teo has extensive experience in the shipping, logistics container, and manufacturing industries. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (First Class Honours) in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering from Glasgow University, UK. Mr. Teo was appointed to the Wilmar Board on 1 May 2019 and was last re-elected on 12 June 2020. He has served as a Director for 1 year and 10 months.
