Mitchell Kangausaru

Mitchell Kangausaru currently serves as the Assistant Production Manager at Wilmar International, leading operations in the Refinery, Effluent Treatment Plant, and Tank Farm since February 2023. Previously, Mitchell was a Management Trainee, gaining technical expertise in production processes. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at UCSI Group, contributing to a project on polyethersulfone/graphene oxide nanocomposite membranes, and a Production Engineer during internships at FFM Group of Companies and Wilmar International, where production optimization and compliance with safety standards were key responsibilities. Earlier, Mitchell worked as a Retail Sales Representative at Minutex Marketing and provided patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant with the Zimbabwe Red Cross Society. Educational qualifications include a BEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from UCSI.
