Areeb Khan

Areeb Khan currently serves as Managing Attorney at WilmerHale and Director at the South Asian Legal Defense Fund, roles held since July and January 2024, respectively. Previously, Areeb was Assistant Managing Attorney at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP from October 2022 to June 2024 and Staff Attorney at Communities Resist from October 2020 to October 2022. Areeb’s early legal experience includes positions as a Legal Extern at Communities Resist, Inc., a Legal Intern at The City of New York Office of Labor Relations, and multiple internships throughout law school and prior to entering the legal field. Areeb completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at the University of Virginia and earned a Juris Doctor at Brooklyn Law School.
