Aron Nimani

Aron Nimani is a Senior Associate in Technology Transactions and Licensing at WilmerHale, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Aron served as a Technology Transactions Associate at Gunderson Dettmer, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements and advising early-stage technology companies. Aron's earlier experience includes working as an Associate in Technology at McCarthy Tétrault and Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, as well as a Student-at-Law and Associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP. Additionally, Aron has experience in program coordination with Pro Bono Students Canada, overseeing law student volunteers and establishing placements for underrepresented populations, and held roles in IT support and restaurant management. Aron holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria.
