Barbara Renterghem

Barbara Renterghem currently serves as the Director of Benefits at WilmerHale, responsible for leading the strategy, design, development, delivery, and employee experience of the firm's benefits programs since April 2024. Prior to this role, Barbara held the position of Senior Manager, Global Benefits at Aptiv, where key responsibilities included benefits design, delivery, communication, and governance for a global workforce of 200,000 across 48 countries. Barbara has extensive experience in benefits management, having spent over 14 years at Analog Devices as Senior Director of Global Benefits, overseeing programs for 24,000 employees in more than 30 countries. Early in Barbara's career at Aon, responsibilities included client management and consulting in retirement, health, and welfare benefits from 1988 to 2004. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Administration from Michigan State University.
