Heather Horrell

Heather Horrell is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in managed care coordination and patient referrals. Since July 2021, Heather has served as a Managed Care Coordinator at Wilmington Health PLLC. Additionally, Heather has been an Ambassador at Plexus since March 2014 and worked as a New Patients Referral coordinator at EmergeOrtho - Wilmington from February 2017 to June 2021. Prior roles include nursing at Brunswick Family Medical and serving as an assistant to the practice manager at Wilmington Surgical Associates. Heather's educational background includes a Bachelor's in Business Management and an Associate's degree in Business Management from the University of Mount Olive and Mount Olive College, respectively. Currently, Heather is pursuing nursing education at Brunswick Community College and Cape Fear Community College.
