Tanya Moulton has extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as the People Shared Services Manager at Wilmington plc since October 2008. In this role, Tanya oversees HR functions and collaborates with internal teams to enhance processes across recruitment, employee relations, and training within a company dedicated to supporting clients in navigating regulatory and compliance challenges. Prior to this, Tanya worked at WHS Halo from December 1994 to October 2008, progressing from Payroll & Personnel Administrator to Personnel & Training Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing payroll, developing HR policies, and providing guidance on recruitment and employee relations, culminating in the successful implementation of an electronic time and attendance system.
