Robin McMillen

Robin McMillen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and data management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at Wilmington Trust since March 2023, Robin is responsible for Financial Data/Statements and Incentives/Analytics Agile Teams. Previously, as an Agile Product Owner at Affusion Consulting from August 2016 to July 2023, Robin led an agile team to develop a Teradata repository for a large financial institution, enhancing dashboard reporting and data analytics capabilities. Earlier in the career, Robin worked as a Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin from June 1990 to April 1998, focusing on database modeling and technical leadership for significant analytical projects. Robin holds a Master of Science in Information Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
