Nina Bays Cournoyer

Nina Bays Cournoyer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nina started their career as a Lead Animator at Mike Young Productions in 1999, where they managed a team and created storyboards and character designs. In 2001, they joined Mad Dogg Athletics as a Senior Designer, responsible for maintaining the visual continuity of the Spinning brand and designing various marketing materials. In 2005, they became an Art Director at Fera International Corp, where they managed design and print projects for an international ski/snowboard apparel brand, including marketing initiatives and art direction for lifestyle and product shoots. Nina then worked as a Freelance Designer at Nina Creative, serving key clients and working on design projects. Currently, they hold the position of Art Director at the Greater Wilmington Business Journal/Wilma Magazine since 2010.
