Dr. Robin Krings has extensive experience in customer service and spare parts management within the Wilo Group, serving as Group Director for both Customer Service Center in the Sales Area of Germany and Spare Part Management International since January 2013. Prior to this, Dr. Krings offered consultancy services as a self-employed consultant in late 2012 and contributed to academic research as a Research Assistant and Group Leader at the Lehrstuhl für Produktionssysteme from October 2006 to August 2012. Early professional experience includes roles as a Working Student at General Pattern Inc. and Konscha-Konstruktionsbüro GmbH. Educational qualifications include a doctorate in engineering (Dr.-Ing.) and a Diplom Ingenieur in construction technology and production automation, alongside a Diplom Ingenieur (FH) in mechanical engineering informatics, all from Ruhr University Bochum and Bergische Universität Gesamthochschule Wuppertal.
