Hans Keeris

Hans Keeris serves as the CTO/COO for the AMEA region at Wilo Group since January 2023, overseeing teams in R&D, product management, operations, procurement, supply chain management, logistics, and quality. Prior to this role, Hans held several senior positions in procurement and supply chain management, including SVP and Head of Group Procurement and Supply Chain Management at the Procurement Leadership Council, and Vice President for Danfoss from March 2013 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading strategic procurement initiatives and implementing digitalisation strategies. Hans’s extensive experience in procurement also spans over two decades at Philips Lighting, where roles included Chief Purchasing Officer and various leadership positions across multiple global locations. Academic credentials include advanced studies at IMD, INSEAD, and Stanford University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Business from the University of Applied Sciences.
