Lela Richardson

Lela Richardson has extensive work experience in the design industry. Lela currently holds the position of Design Principal at designONE studio since February 2022. Prior to this, they have held roles such as Director of Operations and Senior Project Designer at Wilson Associates from 2018 to present, and Associate at C + TC Design Studio from 2016 to present. Lela has also worked as Principal at HBG Design from March 2021 to February 2022, Project Manager at Ferry, Hayes and Allen from November 2014 to February 2016, and Senior Designer at Wilson Associates from July 2014 to February 2015. Additionally, they have worked as Senior Interior Designer at Leo A Daly from July 2012 to July 2014, Director of Business Development at Knauer Incorporated from November 2011 to May 2012, Senior Designer at Hirsch Bedner Associates from 2008 to 2009, and Associate at tvsdesign from 2006 to 2008.

Lela Richardson attended The University of Georgia from 1994 to 1997, where they studied Business/Interior Design. Lela then enrolled at Savannah College of Art and Design from 1997 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design. Later, in 2010 to 2011, Lela pursued higher education at Florida Southern College, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on International Business.
