C. Scott Croshaw

Vice President & Chair at Wilson & Company

Scott joined Wilson & Company as an intern in 1994 and has been with the company for the last 24 years working with a variety of clientele including federal, municipal, and private industries. As Vice president and Professional Surveyor, Scott is the primary contact between his clients, the firm, and all team members, and is involved in contract task orders, reviewing project scopes, developing fee estimates, negotiating task orders and contracts, and ensuring delivery of quality projects on schedule and within budget.

During his time at Wilson & Company Scott had the opportunity to survey in Yosemite National Park. In 1997 the company performed surveying for the road from El Portal, CA to Yosemite Village within the park. Due to a flooding disaster, the National Park was shut down, park personnel evacuated and survey staff were some of the few allowed inside the park. Their mission was to create a topographic survey for the redesign of the roadway. Teams worked intensely fighting poison oak, steep terrain and rugged conditions each day. During their day off, they went back into the park to hike and explore the park tourist free.

Scott is a graduate from the University of New Mexico State and has served as the Chairman of the New Mexico State University Survey Engineering Industry Advisory Committee and Board Member of the New Mexico State University College of Engineering Dean’s Advisory Council.

Scott currently resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico with his wife and two boys. In his free time he enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and spending time with his family.
