Kyle Ibarra is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Civil Engineer at Wilson & Company, Inc. since May 2023, Kyle previously held roles such as Complete Streets Program Manager for the City of El Paso Texas and Chief Strategic Officer at Integrating Engineering Solutions Co.
