Dave Lowerison

Director Project Operations at Wilson Construction Company

Dave Lowerison has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years. Dave began their career in 1981 as a Construction Project Manager at Southern California Edison, where they remained until 2012. During their time at Southern California Edison, Lowerison managed various construction projects.

In 2012, Lowerison joined Wilson Construction Company as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, they oversaw large transmission line and substation projects in California and Alberta, Canada. Dave was involved in projects such as the Colorado River 500 kV Substation Project, the Tehachapi Renewable Transmission Project, the Heartland 500 kV Transmission Line Project, and the Western Alberta 500 kV HVDC Transmission Line Project. Finally, in 2016, Lowerison returned to Wilson Construction Company as the Southwest Regional Director. In this position, they oversaw the Southwest Region, specializing in the design and construction of electric utility infrastructure for power providers across the United States.

Dave then pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Computer Methods and Quantitative Analysis at California State University-Long Beach from 1976 to 1981.

In 1984, Dave began studying at the University of Phoenix, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services in 1986. Afterward, they attended Western State College of Law from 1994 to 1997, earning their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in law.

Moreover, Dave obtained a Master's degree in John Paul II Studies from the University of St. Thomas (TX), although the specific years of this study were not provided.

Additionally, they acquired a certification in Sports Law Management from Villanova University Online Business Programs; however, the exact date of completion was not specified.
