John Malanowski

John Malanowski is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Consultant at Wilson Group, a boutique compensation consultancy, John has advised over 350 organizations on executive and employee compensation. Previous positions include Interim Chief Human Resources Officer at several fast-growing companies, including long-term assignments at GE Healthcare and Nuance (Microsoft). As Chief Human Resources Officer at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, John was instrumental in developing a sustainable HR infrastructure aligned with strategic growth. Additional roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Kimberly-Clark, Raytheon, and Fidelity Investments, where John contributed to significant organizational initiatives and talent strategies. John holds a Master of Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Buffalo State University, along with an Associate of Applied Sciences from SUNY Orange.
