Cian mac Eochaidh

Cian Mac Eochaidh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cian has held various roles in the communications industry, including being the Head of Corporate and Public Affairs at Wilson Hartnell since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Corporate Communications Consultant at Six Degrees East Communications BV from January 2019 to October 2020. Cian also founded and built an independent communications agency called Tribeca Public Relations, where they served as the Director and Strategic Communications Consultant for 14 years. During their time there, they successfully established a strong presence in South Africa and across sub-Saharan Africa, leading to multiple industry awards and recognition. Cian Mac Eochaidh was also a Partner at PR PA RT NE RS from January 2017 to September 2020, providing valuable local expertise in the private and public sectors of 12 markets. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Text 100 Global Public Relations in South Africa and Ireland, as well as Centaur Media Plc and De Vere Hotels. Through these positions, Cian gained experience in account management, event management, and sales and marketing.

Cian Mac Eochaidh obtained a Diploma in Public Relations from the Public Relations Institute of Ireland from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed a B.A. Honours in Hotel Business Management at the Birmingham College of Food, Tourism and Creative Studies from 1994 to 1995. Cian also holds a Higher Diploma in Business Studies (Hotel & Catering Management) from the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, which they earned from 1991 to 1994.
