Caroline Logan

Caroline Logan is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in both the arts and project management. Currently serving as the BuildForce Programme Director at Wilson James since June 2019, Caroline leads a collaborative initiative aimed at providing career opportunities in construction for the ex-military community. In addition to this role, Caroline is an accomplished actress, participating in murder mystery events with Smoke & Mirrors and undertaking various TV and theatre roles since 1994. Previous experience includes founding Anyone Can acT, a Hampshire-based acting school, and serving as a Partner and Project Director for BuildForce at EthosVO. Caroline has also worked as a Business Coordinator and Event Planner at Citrus Partners and as a Business Development Coordinator at URS Corporation. Caroline's education includes training as an actress at the Oxford School of Drama and attending Queen Elizabeth Grammar School.
