Hayley Lord has extensive experience in business systems management and IT support, serving at Wilson James since March 2000 in various capacities including Senior Business Systems & Servicedesk Manager, IT Business Partner for Finance & Payroll, and IT Business Partner for HR. Currently, as the Business Systems Manager for Time and Attendance Solutions, responsibilities include supporting over 400 users and ensuring timely and accurate payroll for over 5,500 employees. Previous roles encompass managing site mobilization projects, providing technical support for security divisions, and overseeing the Timegate system.
