Joanne Fenton is the HR Operations Director at Wilson James. Joanne has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, and has held senior positions at Seetec and Essex County Council. At Seetec, they led the Group's HR Shared Services function and was responsible for the transformation of the transactional HR service. Joanne also oversaw the management and delivery of all aspects of process relating to recruitment, selection, pre employment, contract management, ER case management & organisational redesign across the Seetec Group. In their role as Senior Change Manager at Essex County Council, they were responsible for leading the design and implementation of Success Factors modules for recruitment and employee central throughout the group. Joanne is a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with a proven track record in delivering successful change programmes.
Joanne Fenton's educational career includes attending Plume Academy, where they received certification in Mental Health First Aider. Joanne also has certification from APMG-International in Change Management Registered Practitioner and CIPD in Certificate in Personnel Practice.
