Peter McGowan is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in workforce planning, employee resourcing, and leadership development. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Wilson James since October 2009, Peter McGowan is responsible for succession planning, staff induction, and learning and development initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining talent while enhancing employee capabilities. Previously, Peter McGowan held roles including Learning and Development Manager and L&D Consultant at Tui Travel PLC from 1996 to 2009, further solidifying expertise in developing organizational talent to meet business needs.
