Adam Wardle

Adam Wardle is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and investment management. Since September 2011, Adam has served as Director & Head of Corporate Finance at Wilson Partners Limited, providing expert advice on Management Buy Outs, Company Sales, and fundraising for various business initiatives. Additionally, Adam has been a Partner at WP Ventures LLP, focusing on new investments and portfolio management, and previously held leadership roles at Park Capital Ventures LLP and Park Capital Limited, where responsibilities included M&A and fundraising. Adam's earlier career includes co-founding Centric Commercial Finance Limited and serving as Executive Director at GE Commercial Finance. Adam holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Southern Cross University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
