Nancy Slootmaker

Nancy Slootmaker is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in operations and human resources. Currently serving as the Administrative Resource Team Lead and Office Administrator at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati since 2019, Nancy is responsible for planning and overseeing office operations. Previously, Nancy held the position of Operations Coordinator at Meyers Nave, managing operations administration and key relationships. With diverse experience that includes roles in HR and recruitment at various organizations, Nancy has successfully implemented strategic initiatives, improved operational processes, and demonstrated leadership in team collaboration and compliance. Nancy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Saint Mary's College of California and a PHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
