Petra Nederfors has extensive work experience in the catering and hospitality industry. Petra started their career at Sodexo UK in 2002 as a Senior Chef de Partie, where they were responsible for running a busy hospitality floor with private rooms and a large in-house restaurant. In 2005, they joined CH&CO as a Head Chef, managing a team of 12 and overseeing recruitment, training, and development of catering staff. Petra also took on the role of Head Chef at Hogan Lovells hospitality floor, with full responsibility for the unit during the Executive Chef's absence. In 2016, Petra became an Executive Head Chef at ISS A, where they engaged, motivated, and managed a team of 16 chefs and kitchen porters. Petra oversaw all aspects of food operations within the business and ensured safe food handling procedures and cost control.
