Petra Nederfors

Petra Nederfors has extensive work experience in the catering and hospitality industry. Petra started their career at Sodexo UK in 2002 as a Senior Chef de Partie, where they were responsible for running a busy hospitality floor with private rooms and a large in-house restaurant. In 2005, they joined CH&CO as a Head Chef, managing a team of 12 and overseeing recruitment, training, and development of catering staff. Petra also took on the role of Head Chef at Hogan Lovells hospitality floor, with full responsibility for the unit during the Executive Chef's absence. In 2016, Petra became an Executive Head Chef at ISS A, where they engaged, motivated, and managed a team of 16 chefs and kitchen porters. Petra oversaw all aspects of food operations within the business and ensured safe food handling procedures and cost control. From 2018 to 2020, Petra worked as a Group Head Chef at Restaurant Associates UK, where they were accountable for the food and health and safety of four HSBC units around London. Petra provided clear leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to a team of 10 staff members and controlled stock rotation. Most recently, Petra joined Wilson Vale Catering Management in 2021 as a Chef Manager/Executive Head Chef, leading the culinary operations.
