Riccardo Corbinzolu has an extensive work history in the food and catering industry. Riccardo started their career in 2002 as a Sous Chef and Head Chef at Cunard, where they worked until 2007. In 2008, they joined QMH UK Limited as a Head Chef until 2013. From 2013 to present, Corbinzolu has been with Wilson Vale, initially as a Head Chef, then progressing to Catering Manager, Area Manager, and currently holds the position of Director of Operations.
From 1997 to 2000, Riccardo Corbinzolu attended Loughborough College, where they pursued a NVQ Level 1, 2 & 3 in Food, Cookery & Service.
