Kathleen Haggard

Kathleen Haggard has been working in various roles since 1989. Kathleen began their career at Simcote, Inc. as an Office Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and inventory at two corporate locations, working directly with the CEO and the CFO. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Macy's, where they assisted in hiring seasonal employees for the holiday season and conducted interviews, hired, and onboarded new employees. Kathleen then served two terms as an appointed member of a 7-person advisory board to the City Council at the City of Lake Elmo from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, they began working as an Administrative Assistant at Konik PrimeStaff, where their duties included using phone, email and internal software programs, tracking employee hours, updating, balancing and distributing spreadsheets, and filing paperwork. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Aero Systems Engineering, where they supported multiple systems and various roles in the finance department. Finally, they are currently working as Human Resources / Finance at Wilson Wolf Manufacturing Corporation.

Kathleen Haggard obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Cloud State University in 1989.
