Randall Krueger

Randall Krueger, MBA, has diverse and extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. Currently, they serve as the Supply Chain Director at Wilsonart, where they oversee the manufacturing and distribution of multiple business groups across North America. In this role, Randall is responsible for materials management, capacity planning, production planning, working capital, and information systems.

Prior to joining Wilsonart, Randall was the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management at Mahindra USA, Inc. In this position, they led the North American Supply Chain and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for six high-mix assembly centers with an annual production of 18,000 tractors. Randall managed master scheduling, MRP, master data, and inventory strategy to optimize plant throughput and key performance indicators. Additionally, Randall directed a large annual procurement budget from international and domestic suppliers.

Before their role at Mahindra USA, Inc., Randall served as the Business Manager at Quinn Company. During their tenure, they successfully led a business turnaround effort for new, used, and rental market segments. Randall was responsible for annual sales budgeting, managing a team of Sales Representatives, developing product price strategies, implementing Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP), overseeing marketing initiatives, and cultivating OEM relationships. Randall also played a key role in directing inventory and ordering wholegoods to support the business plan.

Randall gained significant experience in supply chain and quality management during their time at Cummins West Inc. Randall held several roles within the company, including Director of Supply Chain and Quality (Operational Excellence), Director of Supply Chain & Quality (Operational Excellence), and Parts Operation Manager (Product Support). In these positions, they led various supply chain and quality improvement initiatives across multiple divisions of the company and provided oversight and support for continuous improvement efforts. Additionally, Randall managed the service part supply chain across seven locations, which served over 140 dealers and stocked a vast inventory of SKUs.

Earlier in their career, Randall worked as the West Coast Operation Manager at Emergency Medical Products, where they were responsible for expanding and managing the supply chain and overseeing the development of a new distribution center. Randall also served as a Senior Supply Chain Consultant at TCLogic, a software startup specializing in providing optimization technology to large aftermarket supply chains.

Randall began their professional career in the Indiana Air National Guard, where they served as a Senior Airman from 1989 to 1994.

Randall Krueger received their Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business. Randall completed this degree from 1989 to 1994. Randall later pursued further education and obtained an MBA / MSM (Master of Science) degree with a focus on Operations and Information Technology (IT) from Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1998 to 1999. In addition to their academic achievements, Krueger also received a LEAN / Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from Cummins Inc. in October 2007.
