Angie Hahn

Angie Hahn has over 16 years of work experience, starting their career at Culver Careers as a Branch Development Manager and Recruiter. Angie quickly rose through the ranks and became a Managing Director, overseeing a team of 8 sales recruiters. During their time at Culver Careers, Angie received multiple awards and achieved impressive sales results. After their successful tenure at Culver Careers, Angie joined ADP as a Talent Acquisition Sr. Sales Recruiter and later as a Talent Acquisition Sr. Team Lead, where they built an internal corporate recruiting model and managed a team of 4 recruiters. In 2015, Angie joined American Express Global Business Travel as a Sr Manager, where they transformed the talent acquisition function and implemented various hiring strategies and processes. Most recently, Angie has been working at WilsonHCG, where they held roles as Senior Director - Talent Acquisition & Strategic Operations, Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition, and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Client Service Delivery Operations. At WilsonHCG, Angie has been instrumental in delivering business-impacting talent solutions and fostering client relationships. Angie Hahn holds a BA of Science degree in Cellular Biology and Anatomy, Pre-Med from Benedictine College. In 2016, they received training as a Targeted Selection Interviewing Coach from Development Dimensions International (DDI). In 2012-2013, they obtained a Professional Recruiter Certification 2.0 in Sourcing and Hiring Talent from AIRS training - PRC. Additionally, in 2011, they completed HRCI Prep and earned a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Angie also has a certification as a Targeted Selection Certified Trainer from DDI.
