Elaine Lucca Carfley

Elaine Lucca Carfley, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Elaine is currently serving as the SVP of Data Analytics & Technology at WilsonHCG. Prior to their current role, they worked at Personify as the Director of Business Intelligence, where they provided process improvement and business intelligence expertise for small market and Fortune 500 companies. Elaine also served as the Head of Operations and Business Intelligence, collaborating with the executive team to develop vision, goals, and growth strategies. Before joining Personify, they worked at Duke Energy Corporation as a Senior BI Consultant, where they streamlined the budgeting process and improved efficiency enterprise-wide. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Senior Business Intelligence Specialist at IBM, implementing financial and analytical applications for Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, they worked at Qualex Inc as a Senior Database Administrator Finance, designing and implementing a financial database. Elaine began their career at PwC Consulting as a Management Consultant, providing guidance and efficient methodologies for organizations with complex data and processes. Elaine's work experience showcases their expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, strategic planning, and financial management.

Elaine Lucca Carfley holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy and Leadership from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, which they obtained in 2019. Elaine also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from the McIntire Business Institute at the University of Virginia, which they attained from 1995 to 1999. In addition, they have a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Finance from the University of Virginia. Elaine also obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in October 2017.
