Gustavo Arias

Gustavo Arias has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. From 2009 to 2015, they served as the Global Director of Finance Processing Operations at Heidrick & Struggles, where they oversaw the processing of financial transactions for operations in 35 countries. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, they worked as the Director of Financial Systems & Process at ConnectWise, where they were responsible for transforming the company's financial systems and processes. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Global Accounting & Shared Services at WilsonHCG since June 2017.

Gustavo Arias holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Ottawa University. Gustavo also pursued an MBA at Universidad Catolica Andres Bello.
