James Rushworth

James Rushworth has a solid work experience spanning several companies and roles. James currently holds the position of Managing Director for Southeast Asia at WilsonHCG, a global talent solutions provider. Prior to this, they worked at Profile Search & Selection where they established their presence in Singapore and oversaw business growth in South Asia. In 2020, Profile was acquired by WilsonHCG. Before that, James worked at Michael Page International, where they managed the Financial Services Recruitment division and later set up and managed the HR Recruitment division. James started their career at Standard Chartered Bank as a Foreign Exchange Dealer and then moved to ICAP as a Foreign Exchange Broker.

James Rushworth obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Geography from Queen Mary University of London from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended Eastbourne College from 1985 to 1989.
