Kimberly Golder, CHRP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in contingent talent management and HR administration. Currently serving at WilsonHCG since June 2016, Kimberly has held various leadership roles including Manager of P&C Contingent Talent and Senior People & Culture Team Lead, where responsibilities have included overseeing consultant care activities, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance across multiple platforms. Notable accomplishments involve the implementation of Workday, the creation of a contract tracking system, and enhancements in communication across teams.
