Phil Brakewell

Phil Brakewell has extensive experience in executive search and talent solutions. Phil started their career as Head of Resourcing at Cornerstone Resourcing within the Caudwell Group, where they managed executive searches for various companies within the retail, distribution, and financial services sectors. Phil then moved on to work at HW Global Talent Partner as a Consultant in the Consumer Practice, handling director and C-level assignments for global brands in the FMCG, retail, consumer goods, and financial services sectors. After that, they joined ResourceBank as the Head of Executive Search, leading the executive search function and being a member of the senior leadership team. Currently, they are with WilsonHCG, first as the Director of Executive Search EMEA and now as the Vice President of Executive Search for North America and EMEA. In this role, they oversee a diverse team and specializes in retained executive search, large-scale project search solutions, market mapping, intelligence, and executive interim appointments. Overall, Phil Brakewell has a proven track record of building businesses and delivering high-quality executive search services to a wide range of clients.

Phil Brakewell attended the University for the Creative Arts from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a BA Hons degree in Design.
