Roger Jayne

Roger Jayne has a diverse work experience in various industries. Roger started their career at Bennett Infiniti of Wilkes-Barre as an Assistant Service Manager, where they managed work orders, ordered parts, and scheduled service work. Afterwards, they worked at CMS East, Inc. as a Site Sales Manager/Family Services Counselor, focusing on generating sales leads and assisting families during difficult times. Roger then joined Aerotek as an Account Recruiting Manager, where they fulfilled recruiting duties and handled business development for large accounts. Roger later worked at Renewal by Andersen as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, responsible for identifying and recruiting production and operations teams. Roger also gained experience as a Cintas Fire Protection | National Sales Recruiter, managing recruiting initiatives for the Mid-Atlantic region. Most recently, they worked at WilsonHCG as a Recruitment Operations Team Lead, where they built strong relationships with hiring managers and conducted candidate interviews. Currently, Roger is a Recruiting Operations Team Lead at Bridgestone Americas.

Roger Jayne attended Lycoming College from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
