Chloe Watts

Chloe Watts is a partner at Wilton & Bain. Chloe has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and recruiting.

Chloe began their career at Barclays plc, where they worked in campus recruiting. Chloe then moved to Courtenay HR Ltd, where they established the company's interim management business and placed senior HR roles. In 2006, they joined Alium Partners Limited (now Valtus), where they sourced interim managers for change and transformation roles.

At Wilton & Bain, Chloe uses their extensive knowledge of the HR industry to help their clients find the best candidates for their needs. Chloe is passionate about their work and takes pride in matching their clients with the right candidates.

Chloe Watts has a MA (Hons) in Spanish & Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh, and they also went to Roedean School. Chloe is certified as a Coach Practitioner Diploma from AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching.

Chloe Watts reports to David Heron, CEO. Chloe Watts works with Ben Latreuille - Founding Partner, Mark Paterson - Partner, and Clare Elliott - Group People & Brand Director.
