Piers Marmion

Piers is a Cambridge graduate who following on from an early career in family office private equity, has spent over 20 years in leadership roles in the human capital sector, as an entrepreneur, CEO, Board Director and investor. He has been a founding director of two successful start-ups, Nb Selection and Selector Europe, which he reversed into Spencer Stuart, becoming Managing Partner EMEA and worldwide COO. He was Chairman & CEO of Heidrick & Struggles Inc, and led the take-private of Whitehead-Mann plc and its sale to Korn/Ferry.
