Alison Waller

Alison Waller serves as a Social Studies Teacher at Wilton High School and holds the position of President and Chair of the Board of Directors, as well as Secretary, at Shine Your Light CT. Waller is the Founder of Four Elements Yoga, LLC, which provides various mindfulness programs, including yoga for different demographics. Additionally, Waller instructs yoga at Connecticut Power Yoga and has experience as a Student Teacher at Greenwich High School. Previous roles include Director of Career Readiness, Director of Learning, Program Director, and Program Manager at LiveGirl, along with positions at the Women Presidents Educational Organization Inc. and internships with the U.S. House of Representatives and the American Friends Service Committee. Waller holds a Master of Education in Secondary Social Studies from Fairfield University, a Master of Arts in Women's History from Sarah Lawrence College, and a Bachelor of Arts in American History from the University of Hartford.
