Eric Holden

Eric Holden has a diverse background in coaching and education, with experience as a Head Age Group Coach at Wilton Family YMCA and Assistant Varsity Swimming and Diving Coach at Wilton High School. Eric also gained experience as a Club Manager at The Paugusset Club and as a Developmental Coach at AMITY REGIONAL AQUATIC CLUB INC. Eric has a Master of Education in Health and Physical Education from the University of Virginia, where Eric also earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.
