Kaitlyn Telvi

Kaitlyn Telvi has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kaitlyn started their career as a Marketing and Recruiting Intern at Northwestern Mutual in 2010. Kaitlyn then worked as a Recruiting Coordinator for Finance, Risk, Audit, and HR at UBS Investment Bank and Allegis RPO from November 2010 to October 2012. From October 2012 to July 2013, they served as a Recruiting Coordinator at RBS Markets & International Banking. Following that, they joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Human Resources Specialist from March 2014 to November 2015, Human Resources Manager from November 2015 to February 2017, and finally Manager Human Resources at Charter Communications from February 2017 to November 2018. Kaitlyn is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Wilton Re since November 2018. Throughout their career, Kaitlyn has demonstrated their expertise in talent management, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management practices.

Kaitlyn Telvi attended Ohio Wesleyan University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Journalism.
