Susan Moser

Susan Moser has a diverse work experience. Susan joined Wilton Re in 2015 and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Business Development. Previously, they served as Vice President, Business Development, Lead Transaction Counsel and Vice President, Associate General Counsel at the same company. In these roles, they were responsible for legal analysis, negotiations, and documentation for reinsurance and acquisition transactions, as well as evaluating risk management considerations and supporting legal/corporate risk matters across departments.

In addition to their work at Wilton Re, Susan Moser founded Grow Into Greatness in 2020 and holds the position of Founder.

Before joining Wilton Re, Susan worked at Debevoise & Plimpton from 2010 to 2015. Susan held the roles of Associate, Financial Institutions Group, where they represented clients in insurance industry matters and provided regulatory advice, and Associate, Litigation Department, where they worked on various litigation cases. Susan also had a summer associate position at Debevoise & Plimpton in 2009.

Susan Moser's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled at Cornell University. Susan completed their bachelor's degree in American Government and History in 2007. Following this, they pursued a legal education at New York Law School from 2007 to 2008 but eventually transferred to New York University School of Law, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (JD) degree from 2008 to 2010. Susan is currently attending Columbia Business School, where they are working towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with an expected completion date in 2023. The field of study for their MBA has not been specified.
