Holly Barber

Holly Barber is a diverse professional with extensive experience in marketing and wellbeing sectors. Currently serving as a Wim Hof Method Instructor at Wim Hof Method (Innerfire BV) since March 2023, Holly empowers individuals through workshops and private sessions. As Director at Eco Monkey since September 2020, Holly provides nature-based wellbeing consultancy and is a certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide and EcoNIDRA Teacher. In addition to founding the Global Wildlife Rescue Project in September 2019, Holly has held various roles in marketing, including Campaign Manager at RSPCA and Senior Account Manager at Quantum Marketing and Bluestone360. Holly's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Leisure Marketing from Bournemouth University and certifications from marketing institutes and nature therapy organizations.
