Jespe Beukema is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, logistics, and people management. Currently serving as a People Partner at Picnic Technologies since February 2024, Jespe is also the owner of Mind Your Stress and a Wim Hof Method instructor at INNERFIRE. Previously, Jespe held leadership roles at Share Logistics as Teamlead International Removals and at C. Steinweg Group as Operationeel Manager Stockinvest, focusing on process improvement and team management. Earlier career highlights include positions at Magnet.me as Business Development Manager, Hermes House Band as Drummer/Manager, and various roles in customer service and market coordination. Jespe holds a Master of Science in Marketing Management and a Post-HBO degree in Supply Chain Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
